Refund
policy
If you are not satisfied with your goods
then we will refund your money if the
goods are returned in their original condition
within 10 days. The customer will incur
the postage fees. Safe return of the goods
is the responsibility of the customer.
We strongly advise that you get a free
certificate of posting from the Post Office
when you return your goods to ensure you
are protected if the parcel goes missing.
Personalised items may not be returned
unless there is an error in the personalisation
made by mynaturalpaper. Please check you
order carefully before submitting.
Should
your items arrive damaged please contact
us as soon as possible to discuss whether
we should issue replacements or a refund.
Cancellation
Policy
You have the right to cancel your order
up to seven days after placement, except
for personalised items which must be cancelled
within 12 hours of placing your order.
If you wish to do so, please contact us
immediately. Bear in mind many items will
be packaged and sent to you within 48
hours of placing your order.

Promotional discounts are applied before
taxes and P&P charges, are only applicable
online and can only be applied at the
time of order. One voucher per person.
Do you
have a catalogue ?
We do not currently have a catalogue as
our product range is continually updated.
You can
see full details of all the products on
our website.
How soon
can you ship my order ?
We aim to ship your order with 48 hours
of receiving payment. When you place your
order you will receive e-mail confirmation
that the order has been received. You
will also receive an-email confirmation
from our ordering system when your goods
have been shipped. Personalised items
will reach you within 10 days (but usually
2days) from confirmation of order.
We build
our albums from materials we hold in stock
so if you have placed an order for items
which we do not have in stock we will
contact you as soon as possible to discuss
your requirements.
I'm worried
about paying for my order over the Internet.
Our site uses a secure, encrypted channel
to communicate with your bank. Your credit
card details will NOT be stored on our
system other than for the purposes of
completing the payment transaction.
We do
realise that many people have concerns
about using their credit card over the
Internet. We therefore offer a range of
other payment options that can be selected
at the time you place your order. These
are : -Post us a cheque on receipt of
an invoice - Telphone us to place your
order and pay using your credit/debit
card. - Use a PayPal account.
If you
wish to take advantage of these payment
methods, please use the site to place
your order and at the checkout select
the payment method you wish to use.

Is your
paper environmentally friendly ?
All our paper is environmentally friendly.
Most of our paper ranges are made from
Kaagat Paat or the bark of the Mulberry
Tree. The best material is obtained from
the smallest branches, which acts as a
natural pruning process. Tree's are not
cut down to make the paper.
Is your
paper Acid Free ?
Our handmade and milled papers are specially
formulated to be netural 7, which is commonly
referred to as acid-free.
Important
note.
Most of our products contain handmade
paper. This paper is made without the
use of modern machines or chemicals. Consequently
it has an uneven texture, a variable thickness
and many obvious fibres and imperfections.
It is these characteristics that add to
the appeal of the natural and handmade
product. Please also understand that embossing,
printing and calligraphy work has to account
for the nature of the paper and may not
therefore be as perfect as a mass produced
product. It is also likely that dimensions
and details will vary slightly from one
item to another.
What is
your Privacy and Acceptable Use Policy
?
We will not disclose any of your details
to a third party.
The information we collect is only used
to process your order.
