Delivery & Returns (Please also refer to our terms and conditions)

Delivery:

We aim to ship your order with 2 working days of receiving payment. Personalised items may take longer to manufacture but in any case you should receive them within 10 working days. When you place your order you will receive e-mail confirmation that the order has been received.

You will also receive an-email confirmation from our ordering system when your goods have been shipped.

We build our albums from materials we hold in stock so if you have placed an order for items which we do not have in stock we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss your requirements.

We use Royalmail or courier to ship your order in the UK. So your order will usually be delivered within a day or two after it is despatched. Fragile or large items may be delivered by specialist carriers who will require a signature to confirm receipt in good condition and as ordered,goods delivered in this way are not returnable or refundable.

Returns:

The returns address is as shown on our invoice or despatch advice. We MUST be notified by email and you MUST await a reply before any item is returned. Your original order reference MUST be included in the return packaging.

Safe return of the goods is the responsibility of the customer. We strongly advise that you get a free certificate of posting from the Post Office when you return your goods to ensure you are protected if the parcel goes missing.

Personalised items may not be returned unless there is an error in the personalisation made by mynaturalpaper. Please check your order carefully before submitting.

Should your items arrive damaged please contact us as soon as possible to discuss whether we should issue replacements or a refund.
